Gerald R. Black has more than twenty years experience in patent law, and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He was "Of Counsel " with Dykema Gossett of Detroit, Michigan, Associate Patent Counsel with Borg-Warner Automotive, Inc., and an attorney with Battelle Memorial Institute and Rockwell International Corp. (Aerospace Division). He has been admitted to practice law in Michigan, California, and Ohio, and has a private practice in Southfield, Michigan. He is also an inventor-entrepreneur.
